No More Plastic Spacers!
This thing spaces itself out and is self-contained. You do not need the awful, waste-of-money spacers that break if you so much as sneeze. You will also not need the original casing that held the old style filter. You just open it up, let it expand to full size, and slide it in. Make sure the arrows are pointing the right way, and you're done. Totally awesome, especially if your black plastic spacers are completely broken! Honeywell at MERV 11 speaks for the quality. If you're looking for a replacement filter for Aprilaire/Space-Gard 2200 (part #201), this is the one.
Simple, easy, clean...
I ordered this popup filter to replace the aprilair filters that you have to assemble with combs. This filter took seconds to setup and install with no modifications to the system at all. I will be purchasing this product again in the future.
Easiest thing to install
Came exactly as I ordered it. It is a Honeywell popup2200 (RP2200) MERV 11. I couldn't believe how easy it was to install into our space-gard 2200 high efficiency system. No plastic casing required or combs required. A monkey could install this. I definitely will be purchasing this item again in the future.
