Can I give it 10 stars?
Yeah, I know, it's just a knob off the dryer but it beats leaving a pair of pliers out so you can turn the shaft. It's at least as sturdy as the knob it replaced and Virginia Service Supply gets 5 stars for having it in stock at a reasonable price with a fair shipping charge (think of how many Amazon merchants charge $15.00 to ship a $6.00 item).
Next time I need a knob, I know where to look first and which Amazon Marketplace merchant to buy it from.
Perfect Replacement
The knob arrived quickly, was packaged in a bubble-envelope, and it took only a few seconds for me to install it on my dryer. Looks like new!
FYI, when you go to install this knob, if it doesn't slip right onto the knob post perfectly, it might be that the metal ring from the old, broken knob is still attached to the post. The plastic knob has a cylindrical hole that slides over the knob post, and inside that hole is a metal ring. I had to get some plyers and remove that ring from the broken knob before i could slide the new knob onto the post.

Perfect fit for my 8 year old washer machine. If you need and new knob then this is the one to purchase. Price is great.
