Whirlpool 98005652 Oven Igniter for Range

Worked in our case
If your stove top works, but the oven does not, a quick and easy way to troubleshoot this is to just remove the oven floor(inside oven)and flame spreader thing(thin piece of sheet metal covering the burner) to reveal the ignitor. Now that youve uncovered the ignitor, turn the oven on. If you do not see your ignitor glowing hot and bright, chances are you have a bad ignitor. However, if you do not hear the relay click over just after turning oven on, you may have a bad relay instead. In our case, we heard the relay fine, and so, this part fit, solved our non-workng stove issue, and works perfectly in our Whirlpool SF315PEPW1. It is a simple repair that anyone can do, but make sure you play it safe and unplug the power cord and shut the gas off behind the stove to prevent potential hazards while removing and installing the ignitor.

Good Price
Was most economical choice. Great price. Was exactly as described. It arrived when promissed. This is a common problem among electronic ovens. A do it selfer
